The documents, which have been obtained by PEOPLE, state that property rights are to be determined and that the couple have no minor children.
During happier times, Hill told PEOPLE in 2010 that when it came to the couple's favorite vacation spot, "My and my wife's families are from Jamaica. It's laid-back, the people are lovely, the food is delicious, and the drinks are always flowing!"
On the USA Network's Psych, Hill, 37, plays the sidekick of a detective claiming to be a psychic. He claimed the Vancouver location wasn't ideal for him and his wife, telling PEOPLE in 2007: "Early in a marriage, you're still trying to find your footing. So spending too much time away from each other isn't good."
On NBC's The West Wing from 1999 to 2006 he played presidential aide Charlie Young.
Lyn's credits include the Fox teen sitcom Student Bodies, according to IMDB, which also notes that she works as a deejay under the name Ms Nix.
